I dropped of my iPod classic as the right channel on the audio jack gave out and Tatiana provided excellent customer service as she did a great job of confirming the audio out of the 40 pin connector was providing audio and then did a quick PM of the audio jack and also confirmed that when "wedged" there was temporary audio. The price quoted was fair and they completed the work required in the same day and the service exceeded my expectations. Eric has a great operation.

Dropped my iPhone6+. Thought it probably needed a new screen. Took it in to the TC Pod Drop. They instantly recognized that it was only the screen protector that was cracked. Heck, I didn't even know the screen protector would 'crack'! Anyway, professionally replaced it on the spot. When I had bought the phone from Verizon, the protector was a little crooked anyway and it always bugged me. But the pod drop's screen protector was not only installed straight and correct, the protector itself's coverage of the screen is a little better. When I was there, the owner told me that they only use OEM parts. I am completely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend The Pod Drop of Traverse City. We are lucky to have them in TC. Awesome iPhone repair shop! I got the tip from staff at The Cherry Tree Inn & Suites. We drove down to the shop 1-2 hours before closing. I told the repair guy (forgot his name) what I thought was my problem: bad battery and the screen was lifting up. He told us to come back in 30 minutes and it'd be fixed. We went back 45 minutes later, and he was done! He showed us the bad battery & all of that was only $69! I was thrilled! Now my phone is good for another long while. I'd definitely recommend them for quick and reasonable repairs for iPhones.
