We were in and out of the store in about 30 minutes (Seriously a record for me)
Once you get to M 72 West there is absolutely zero signal. When you are in 4G range in theTraverse City area, the upload and download speeds are so slow that it's ridiculous. I've had several prepaid carriers and they are 100 times faster and better than Sprint.
No matter what the cost of services with Sprint it is not worth it. Don't believe all of the lies. They are deplorable and the people who work in the stores here are extremely rude and lazy.
I haven't had the best of luck with Sprint, it didn't seem like they cared when I was with them that none of my phone lines had service where I was living.
Sprint is the worst carrier on the planet!!!!!!!Bar none... Their network has not changed and has possibly gotten worse in the past 20 years.
Here's my story, I took my 90 year old dad in to upgrade his phone. We were greeted by all three employees in such a warm and welcoming way. The young man who helped us with the transaction could not have been nicer. His name is Douglas. He even gave my dad his direct phone line in case he had questions or trouble with his new phone.
I was a disgruntled Sprint Customer over 20 years ago as well as my employer and we couldn't get rid of them fast enough then.
Quiet atmosphere, happy, Helpful and straight forward employees. And, best of all. It's not a big competition for the employees to get to you for the sale first. ( As in, for example, the car salesman, flock towards the overwhelmed customer. ). Not here. Welcome greetings, and relax. Check out the phones or speakers, or simply have a seat, and before you know it, your all done. Heading out pleased as you should be.

I was a new customer for less than 3 days, a month ago, before I turned my phone and and told them that I can't even believe that they are selling service in northern Michigan.
Always have had great service whenever I am there. I recommend anyone who needs help to go see Nicole. She will help you with whatever you need.
