They are nice and helpful for the initial purchase, and it ends there. They will even lie to you, so they do not have to exchange a product that does not work right.
We got stung by them, not real bad, and had to go to the store on Airport Road to fix what they would not do.
Nice employees, but being such a small place with little help, it's often an hour wait just to talk to someone.
AT&T authorized dealer at Chum's corners is basically a 'all sales are final store'. They are not actually an AT&T affiliate. They buy the products and resale them.

Lies. That is all the little punks at this store will tell you to get a sale. The only reason I left a 1 star rating is because you can’t leave a zero star rating. Stay away from this authorized retailer. I have been trying for over a month to get the debates from our transaction. We were lied to. I have been an att customer for over 15 years and have had nothing but good experiences until this one. I will never recommended anyone to this store.
