I came in because my phone wouldn't charge. As soon as I walked in Ryan and Mike greeted me and started to help me. I found out that my charging port wasn't working so they show me a wireless charger and then Sarah showed up and assisted with helping me. I ended up buying a $52 wireless charger and it works great and I don't need to buy a new phone. I will definitely be coming back to them if I need help with anything Cell phone related.
Got my iPhone screen replaced and it started having issues about 3 months after. They stood behind their year warranty and happily replaced it with no additional cost. Very pleased with the service!

I ordered an AGM motorcycle battery online from Battery Plus. I drove 40 miles to pick it up and found that the AGM type battery was undersized and would have bounced around inside of the Motorcycle battery box. They had a flooded type battery in stock so I purchased that instead. When I got home I put a trickle charger on it as Battery Plus recommended. When I came back later to check on it there was battery acid leaking onto my work bench. On closer inspection the flooded type battery had been overfilled beyond the HIGH filled mark. Also when I asked if I still got a 10% discharge like the online purchase I was told that I did. When I checked the receipt when I got home I did not get the discount. I have had good luck purchasing odd size coin type batteries from Battery Plus in the past. The purchase of the flooded type motorcycle battery was a bad experience.
I love that I can order something on line, and then pick it up when it's ready! It was quick, the battery I purchased was perfect, and the entire process went like clockwork!
