Me and my girlfriend have been dealing with rent a center in traverse city Michigan and we have never had any issues. The manager drew is awesom and has worked with us on payments when we were short. I've always been treated very well by all of the employees. I could go on about the professional service we have received but bottom line is we will continue to do business with them. Thanks for amazing service drew.
Terrible the manager himself said first week for free cause of being there once before and belittle me when i said i didnt have the 66 he wanted for it
Terrible service, random fee's. Auto pay messed up very frequently and they would charge me a call in fee when it happened. Some how at the end an extra 400 dollars was added on to my bill and when I freaked out all the sudden they could go with what was originally owed. The day after my ps4 was paid if it quit reading disk. Workers had attitude often as well.
Will never deal with rent a center again they r worse then crooks they fudge numbers around and tell u u owe more then u do I will never go thru them again
I would give them less then a negative star. For one I have paid EXTRA for my items to be covered for insurance. Well my items I have paid in FULL for don't work now and I paid over $700 for the insurance and now all of sudden my items are not covered? What a joke of a company since everyone has quit and left this terrible company.
