He could have told me to come back and scheduled an appointment for me, but he went out of his way so I didn’t have to be inconvenienced and bring my car in and wait for the mechanics to fix it! Very pleased with the service I received here at Williams Honda. Although I did not buy my Honda through this dealership, I did, however buy at a certified dealer in Ohio. My car had some water issues, before I purchased my vehicle and the selling dealer was a pain to work with. I was finally put in the right direction, and traverse city was more than happy to help me, Answer all my questions and concerns, and fixed my car back up to where it needs to be. What an experience! Just stepped into the world of minivans, and after a little research, Honda was our first (and only) stop. Erick Lawson was extremely helpful. Answers questions faster than google! Living in Petoskey, being able to communicate easily via text/email was key. When the model we were looking for wasn't on the lot, Erick went to work finding one straight off the assembly line. First experience with Williams, and everything about it was great.
