We purchased it from out of state (approx 550 Mi away) Michelle Rayner was the first person I talked to when I called and she was very professional and prompt in answering all of my questions and she saw the sale through to the end. It was quite a process buying a vehicle from out of state but Michelle definitely went above and beyond in all aspects. I asked if the car had remote start, she got back to me with the answer, which was no; however, before she got back to me she took it upon herself to contact a local company and get a quote on how much it would cost for us to have remote start installed before we picked it up. She researched and emailed us the best route for us to take on the way home from picking up the vehicle without us requesting such directions. She looked into delivery options to see if we could benefit from getting the vehicle delivered to our state as opposed to going to pick it up. The only day we could pick the vehicle up was on a Sunday and Northpointe Motors is closed for business on Sundays. Without hesitation Michelle said that it was no problem and her and a colleague picked my husband up from the airport on their day off, a holiday (mothers day) nonetheless. I have nothing but good things to say about Northpointe Motors and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new car. Not to mention I am totally in love with our new car which we got for a great price!
My Husband and I were in the market for a car for a couple of months. I had dealt with more dealerships than I would have liked to admit. I stumbled across a great deal at Northpointe Motors on our 2013 Ford Explorer.
I have been here more than a few times to look at vehicles. I was looking to purchase a truck and when I test drove a vehicle, they left a list inside that showed all the problems it had from an inspection because they just received the vehicle and didn’t have time to clean it before I tried it. I can guarantee they sold that truck before fixing all the problems. I also went back later to test drive a different truck and was told it was at the other location and they would bring it to this one so I could try it out. They had a time scheduled for me to test the truck and when I called them to make sure everything was still good they said they already sold the truck at an auction. Meaning they had no intent on bringing the truck for me to see. Even after they did that to me they still tried to sell me something else that I didn’t want. Once they get you in a vehicle they will stop at nothing to make you leave with it. When they ran my approval for my credit I told them to only use ONE bank but when I got the results back he decided to add on more than one bank to see if they had a better rate. Some people might not know this but it can ruin your credit to see if a bank will approve you, it is also illegal for them to check without consent. To get the credit check removed from your record you have to send a report on why and how it wasn’t authorized. Avoid even looking at cars on this lot they will find a way to negatively impact your life one way or another. They only see what makes them money.
Tim was VERY Helpful and friendly. He was quick at responding to my call after my car was Toltalled and worked with us promptly to get us back on the road into a great family vehicle. We Recommend Tim to anyone to get fast service!

Robert and Aaron B were great to work with and liked that they did not do the high pressure sales on us. We were able to take our time over a 3 day period looking over the Jeep Wrangler Moab edition that my wife and I fell in love with. The Jeep was very clean with only 15k miles on it and felt very comfortable buying it from this dealership. I would highly recommend checking out their inventory, Robert made the paper work process very quick and smooth along with getting us a very low interest rate.
