The dealer offered to knock $500.00 off of the price, however this is not what we ordered.
I have the original order form, and about 8 emails confirming color..
The toy hauler showed up until August 23rd.
Before anyone says, well maybe you didn't confirm the color..
Wow you so nice to knock imaginary money for me!
So the order process took almost 90 days.
The best way the dealer could have fixed this would have been to compensate us for our wasted trip, and cover the shipping cost to deliver the correct model...

Before you say "well it probably takes 90 days to build a toy hauler". I can assure you it's a matter of hours! Not days, not weeks!

Why should we have to drive all the way back to Michigan from Florida because they got it wrong?
Avoid failure! Avoid this dealer! My father and I placed an order for a livin lite Toy hauler in the beginning of July, I know they received our deposit check on the 2ND of July..... however I'm not sure when they actually placed the order....

Great service department. Good rv selection. Too pricey on RV inventory. They don't like to deal. But they honor their commitment to their clients and are trustworthy.
We are from the state of Florida, and this Dealer is located in Michigan.... Can you see how much time we wasted, and how frustrating this became?
Also after we left the dealer we called another dealer, ordered the same exact model, and it was $1,000.00 cheaper.
We have spent allot of money on hotels, gas, and other travel expenses...
So..... we show up to pick it up.... and...... it's the wrong color.........
Why should we pay an extra $1,250.00 because they ordered the wrong color?
If everything goes well with the new dealer I will post there contact information so everyone can avoid Nature and Me RV.

Then the dealer had the nerve to give me the magic $3,000.00 speech.
The dealer then stated I could reorder the hauler, and come back. Nope, or he said I. Could have it delivered for $1,250.00
Michigan's only Airstream RV dealer. We were greeted promptly and shown options by a knowledgeable salesperson who seemed more interested in describing his product than pushing us for an immediate sale. Although we were only browsing, we were treated with respect. Would purchase an RV from this dealer when the time comes.
He stated... "Well I accidentally priced this hauler $3,000.00 less then I should have, but I'm going to eat that cost".
I bought my T@B from these guys a few years ago. Good purchase and great service. Today I spent time drooling over one of the Vespa.....sigh....
