After going to many other dealerships and getting told our credit wasn't good enough to get what we want. My wife and I decided to go to J.D. Byrider. It took a few hrs to do all the paperwork and process but it was worth it. We left there with a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer even with our not so good credit. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is cause the process was too long about 3-4 hrs from start to finish. The person that helped us was Geno. He was very understanding and helpful about our situation and was willing to help us get into the vehicle that best suited our needs for our family. I would like to say a big thank you to everyone at J.D. Byrider.
Yesterday was an amazing day. Jeff was very kind and customer focused. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. He was able to find me a really nice selection of vehicles that fell into the price range I was comfortable with. Jeff made my first car purchase from a dealer very pleasant and easy. Amazing service. From start to finish, the process was easy and understandable. For someone rebuilding their credit this is the perfect place to go. And, who can beat a 24 month or 24,000 mile warranty along with scheduled $5 oil changes? Thank you Geno, and the rest of the staff, for making purchasing a vehicle so easy and comforting.
Didn't think I was gonna be able to get into a vehicle due to bad credit and some other things. Geno got me into a vehicle the same day I walked in!
