Blown away by how great their customer service is! I needed a part for my Jeep, found out it was on back order and that the only dealership that had the part in Michigan was Bill Marsh. I'm over 200 miles away so they shipped the part and had it to me the next day!!! Great job!
On Saturday of all days, I was having my winter tires installed, when one of my security lug nut keys disintegrated. I drove over to Bill Marsh hoping they would have a master key for such situations, and although they did not, they did work me into their already full schedule, to fix my problem. They removed the keyed lug nuts, and got me on my way.
