Service department staff provides the best service anywhere. They really know how to treat their customers. New standalone facility so they don't share service or sales staff with other brands or dealerships. That means you don't wait on hold for very long. They also offer many discounts and promotions from time to time and the hourly service rate is not the highest of the typical overpriced European luxury service departments. Complimentary gourmet coffee and decent snacks while you wait. Loaner vehicles are a great sales tool as well.
Great service team. Matt Echols and Matt Dolye are the service advisors and they are professional and detailed. Technicians get the jobs done in a timely fashion.
Bought a BMW X3 a couple days ago. Chris Pratt is, hands down, the best sales person to work with in all of Fox Motor Co. He went above and beyond our expectations and got us the best price available. We could not have been treated with more respect and compassion.....we had totaled our favorite car. I did my 4 wheel alignment here but as I was going back home, I noticed a pull to the right. I went back to the shop 2 weeks later to fix the problem. They checked the alignment again and they found that my tires were unevenly worn but they switched front wheel side to side and fixed the problem. Even after all the work and despite the fact that it wasn't their fault that the car was pulling, they found the solution for it and didn't charge me anything. What a great shop!
