The experience at Williams Chevrolet in Traverse City was the best. I was interested in a used vehicle, and within an hr Skylar had all the information and had processed the proceedings. Skylar is one of those people who are naturally in tune with everything and has great communication and organizational skills. He goes above and beyond, no questions are stupid and he will make sure you know all details. Ryan is quick, efficient and makes it easier than I have ever seen with paperwork. There was one thing I changed my mind with, and he never batted an eye, just started over with all the documents. Go no further than Williams in Traverse City. I am a 63 yr old gal from the Upper Peninsula, and appreciate their courtesy.
The sales and service departments are always courteous and the staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have had my vehicle maintained and repaired at the body shop and found that the fees are reasonable and quality of work excellent. I would recommend using this dealership for vehicle repair and maintenance needs as well as for vehicle purchases.
I had bought a truck last year at Williams and the sales rep I had left a very bad impression with me. With that being said I was very leery of getting another vehicle (for my wife) through them. Rick Harner and another man named Rick were extremely attentive and understanding to our needs. These two gentlemen took very good care of us and were able to gives us everything we needed in our new vehicle. Just bought my second new Silverado from Williams just before the Thanksgiving holiday. My first lease in 2015 was flawless and I was treated great. My recent purchase was made with salesman Zack Cunningham. Not only did he bring the new truck to my house to test drive but he continued to bend over backwards throughout the transaction. My wife and I have been too williams twice now first time was for a used vehicle the second time for a new vehicle. For starters I want to say Williams holds too their saying when it comes to trade ins they will give you more than any other dealers out there.
