Drove two hours north for a vehicle that I was told "needed a cv joint" and some "minor things" fixed. When I got there, aside from the smell of weed from behind the building something felt wrong. Took the vehicle to a mechanic in traverse who told me the bulb for the check engine light had been unscrewed so that it didnt turn on and he was pulling 13 codes. Only pictures of the good tires on the back were taken when the front tires were bald. The windshield was cracked that didn't show in the pictures, the drivers side mirror was cracked, the brakes were grinding, the cv joints turned into a front axle and the mechanic said within a few months it would break down. I will never do business with this dealership and I recommend you don't do the same. I understand the game of making money but that was the lowest I have seen someone go.
