I cannot express how happy I am to have bought my car from Jack's Auto. They have gained me as a lifelong customer with there amazing customer service and honesty in a business. He gave me immediate answers and explained to me what was happening with my equinox in a matter of minutes. I've been a customer of Jack's Auto Sales & Service for nearly 15 years and during those years I have never felt the least bit concerned when I had them service my cars. They are as honest as the day is long. A very rare find. They once charged me much less than my quote because they later found a much better price for the rear axle I needed. They didn't have to tell me about that better priced part but they did. That's just one of the many cases of help and honesty they have shown me. One of my cars they serviced was a '99 Caravan that went 500,000 miles. When it died they gave me an awesome deal on a loaded 2008 Caravan. It's been a great car. They know what they're doing and can be totally trusted.
They were great. I was freaking out cause I had just bought a car and it wouldn't start. AutoZone said I needed a new alternator. Took it to these guys, he tightened down the negative connection to my battery and I haven't had an issue since. Great guys!
