I wanted to purchase a Ralph Lauren tee shirt but my size was not available in store. I would be able to make a purchase of same via Internet and shipping would be approximately $10.00. No thanks. Good bye. This visit rakes one star out of four.
Went to see what they had for "mother of the groom" dresses. We found a dress for the wedding and the rehearsal!! Love Macys!!

Great staff and good selection. Sale prices were serious good.
It must be very hard getting good helpful people. An older woman in the jewelry department and even older woman in lingerie are about as rude and impatient as they get . For the most part, I shop Macy's often but avoid these two departments when these two women are working. This store needs to screen employees better.
