The store is usually neat and tidy.
They carry a lot of unique merchandise I haven't seen anywhere else, and the store was VERY clean, but the service was TERRIBLE. The man we asked for help, Jim, was a total jerk. I asked him where I could find an item, he said they don't carry it. I explained on the website they said it's in stock and before I could finish he snapped at me saying that's what the company carries not his store. I ended up finding it anyways. Didn't buy it though because I refuse to support a store that encourages assholes to work with the public. Did buy my dog a $2 bone since she was waiting in the car. The cashier Emma was extremely rude as well. First and last time I will ever visit that store.
Staff is ok (although rarely found anywhere other than the checkout counter)
