I am so glad that finally we have a new Costco in the area. But a bit dispointed for the service they provided. The return will take much longer time and more mistakes. I usually enjoyed the food court at Costco. But now I hesitate. I will look at the food before ordering. Many times the food is slightly burned. I give 4 stars because I love Costco for their prices and good quality.
I told my husband that I’d only move to Michigan if it was within 45 minutes of a Costco. 1 season later, I’m ecstatic!
Finally! This is a great Costco location and some of the bad reviews obviously don't know how Costco works or they work for Sam's club. Also this is a brand new location with brand new employees so give them a few months to work out the kinks before writing bad reviews for minor issues. I'm personally surprised they picked Traverse City over bigger cities down state that don't have a Costco. Full disclosure I deliver to Costco stores and live in the area. Not a Costco employee. On a side note please DONT PARK IN THE NO PARKING AREA IN FRONT OF THE DELIVERY DOCKS ESPECIALLY IF YOU WORK AT COSTCO!
I just visited the new Costco in Traverse City for the first time and was absolutely delighted by the service! A young man named Darnell was our cashier and he was absolutely wonderful! Great customer service, great store!
Quick and easy shopping trip with lunch. Good food at a low price. You can't beat a1/4# hot dog and fountain pop for $1.50.
It will never have as many choices as a Sams, but Costco treats their employees better and their Kirkland brand offers amazing quality at a fair price. PLUS they offer diesel at their gas pumps, the prices are 10-20% less than other stations and their loss leader at 4.99 for the sweetest, plumpest 3lb chicken is worth the trip.
