These guys are ok in person. If your getting online rewards, you won't get them employees, managers and their rgm will not be helpful
I have never had bad service at this pizza hut
We went there last night for dinner. We were seated and Jasmine took our drink order and never came back with our drinks and to take our order. We waited 20-30 minutes and then decided to leave. On the way out I asked Jasmine if she forgot about us and she said"oh that's a possibility". I eat at many restaurants and this was the first time I have ever been forgotten about.
I haven't dined-in in years but I love their pizza and regularly grab some on the way home from work.
Folks were very friendly and polit. Super close to Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, MI.
