Always appreciate the friendly service, especially from David. He's always polite and prompt.
Granted, there is road construction outside the store, but the order I had delivered waz very close to the store and it took over a half hour to arrive. Upon calling to inquire I was on hold for multiple minutes before I called back and asked for a manager right away to which I was told to "hold on" and immediately placed on hold again. When finally I spoke to a manager, accountability was completely placed on road construction even though there were errors with our order. Last time I'm ordering from there.
Staff was super friendly, helpful and patient since I'd never gone before. Definitely made a great first impression. Not to mention, they're as fast as they say they are. I ordered, filled my drink and they were done. With that and the amazing food, the experience will make me come back for sure.
Very helpful, and patient. My son and I went in to order lunch, and let's just say things didn't go really smooth with ordering (our fault, not JJs). They were so nice, and helpful from the cashier to the manager. Would recommend to everyone.
If you've never tried JJ's, no BS, you're missing out. Chips are A1 and Slim 5 is life.
