Terrible, TERRIBLE pizza. Hot N' Ready is higher quality pizza for 1/3 the price.
Don't even know how anyone can screw up pizza that bad. Smells like they let their tomato sauce season in an old hockey equipment bag.

I see many complaints on here about Jeff, I just spoke with him about 10 seconds ago when I ordered a pie. He was perfectly polite and efficient. Customer Service people are not meant to kiss your ass people, if the pizza was good the staff's personality has nothing to do with you. When you go to Ikea notice how customer service people don't approach you, it's because they are trained not to. Other cultures don't force their employees to kiss the ass of customers. Be self sufficient people! My pizza is always really good from this Papa John's. Rant over.
Hands down some of the worst pizza you're going to taste. Forget the local vs chain debate, even. Little Caesars and Dominos are both light years better than this sludge. Avoid.
