We are from downstate. We looked Google for pizza places. All of them had mixed reviews. So we said what the hell let's try it better than one of the franchise pizzas. We ordered it at 7 o'clock it was delivered to our hotel by 8 o'clock. Is a very good pizza. Would recommend them. Well worth the money
Hit and miss here. Usually if there is a mistake they fix it. If you catch the owner on a bad day you will definitely know it.
Restroom is Not Public! Pizza is are delicious! Wings are delightful. Ribs are orgasmic! Salads are green, with other stuff too. Pop is cold. Sandwiches are tasty and of fulfilling sizes. I will never not makes crusted my first pizzas choice. Also, the employee people are my favorite, super sarcastic when necessary, which is always necessary.
This used to be my go-to place for pizza. I will tell you that the pizzas are good and that there are good specialty pizzas. The reason for the one star is for two incidents I had recently. One concerns when I called to order. The person taking the order was short and rather rude with me and every time I tried to go over the order he kept cutting me off. (The order was a bit complicated as one of my guess had food issues). When I arrived and obtained my pizza I expressed my disatisfaction with the order-taker. I felt this probably was a one time problem. So the next week I ordered pizza. I went in and pre paid for it so it could be delivered. When the pizza arrived I was not right there. My husband asked if he could pay for the pizza or leave it on the charge. The boys said either one. So he paid for the pizza. And also gave him a $15 tip. That's not what happened at all. The boy took $100 tip and I paid $85 on my charge for the pizza. When I called to express my dissatisfaction the next day when I found out they discussed it without putting me on hold. no one called me back to apologise and they all agreed that the boy deserved the hundred dollar tip. I do not think that I can afford $185 pizza anymore from crusted creations.
Won't ever go back. Employees are unprofessional. Staff verbally disrespected prior paying customers during and after the point of sale. Watch/listened/ and commented to the staff why you would do that to the previous customer. After doing so I was met with vulgar language and hand gestures. I even feel bad needing to post this review however this problem must be resolved for future people who to this place.
