The bus driver for my daughter while mapping the route went two-tracking through trees instead of coming down my driveway. Did damage to my tool shed. Ok, I was irritated but it wasn't so bad. Until I went in the house and he left. He smashed the whole side of my brand new truck on the way out of the drive and never stopped at all. Then I ended up fighting to get Dean to pay for repairs. I got a lot of the runaround and they refused to give me a new driver. The driver was never even disciplined, they said you cant always tell when you hit something. Seriously? Schools need to put the busing back into their districts.
Dean Transportation provides my son's transportation to school and I could not be happier with them! The driver and the aide on his route (Shirley and Steve) are incredibly kind and thoughtful and he now calls them his friends. Anytime that I have had to call their office I have been greeted with nothing but kindness and professionalism.
