All of my companion animals (and me) have been treated with care and compassion, even in some very trying times.
I've experienced both of the offices female veterinarians and am extremely impressed with both! I highly recommend this office to anyone who values patient oriented service, caring, tuned in veterinarians and compassionate medical care for your pets. I feel so fortunate to have found them!
I've been a client of Grand Traverse Veterinary since the mid-1980's. Over the years the service has been professional and compassionate. I could tell stories about Murphy, Gracie, Teddy, Willie, Jezebel and now Oreo, but it would take up too much space. What I can, currently, comment on is how much I admire and appreciate Dr. Mary Ann Jossens' compassionate and professional care of my "kids." In fairness, I specifically schedule appointments with her and have not worked with the other doctors since the business transitioned ownership, but the team at GTV is a great one and I have recommended them to my many friends without hesitation!
I absolutely love Dr. Marianne Jossens. We have seen many vets over our years here in Traverse City, but Dr. Jossens is by far the best. Always attentive, caring, professional, and always great advice. No matter what the issue is, good or bad, she always gives us options for treatment. We can't thank her enough for caring about our pets, as she would care for her own. Thank you Dr. Jossens!
Everytime we have taken our dogs here we have been very pleased with the staff's genuine fondness for them, the excellent health care they are given and the friendly atmosphere. Even our dogs like to go! I think GT Veterinary Hospital is great!
