They are all about the money. A charge for every little thing they do. My dog is not better and actually getting worse. Push the meds that's all they do. Ever since corporate took over things are going down hill. They don't care about your pet. Up charge and push services is the name of their game. Do Not go there. After 14 years I'm canceling my plan.
Great staff, good clean location, care and kindness towards the animal's needs. Cost wise, very reasonable and easy to work with!
Went down like a rock after they sold back to corporate, used to be excellent and now all the good staff has left. It used to be so friendly and organized, NOT anymore. No more for us.
Dr. Reynolds is great, the whole team is actually really great. They are super friendly, remember us and our dog, and are very thorough. They give recommendations on how to make training and home life go better with your puppy, and spend a lot of time with us. They go above and beyond a basic check up. Definitely worth going there especially for the Puppy Wellness Plan. Open many hours too. Easy to schedule with and easy to get all the necessary documentation from their desk staff for our breeder. Glad we found them, we've had pets in the past see other places but by far are the most impressed with this office.
My male cat had a u.t.I and I dropped him off at 9 in the morning for them to get right to and they were done at 4 pm and when I went to pick him up they had left him in his carrier all day and so he peed in it and they were always rude with him and I would never subject him to such an uncaring practice again.
