Awful experience with them. I have given them plenty of opportunities to take my money, but they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. They won't work with you to get the best possible product they can produce. I have gone to them with very expensive orders, and they are unwilling to be respectful and helpful. Use The Copy Shop if you enjoy feeling ignorant and unwanted, otherwise there are much better places to go in Traverse City.
I love dealing with the Copy Shop staff as they are friendly, helpful and fast. Their on staff artist does a great job and their prices are competitive or less expensive that the competition. Always happy with the results. I wish every business that I did business with was as easy to work with as the Copy Shop. Truly a wonderful business.
I have used them over the last three years and they are very good and very reasonably priced (too cheap for some things). If they get busy, it might take a while to get service - but they are very accommodating and family-style about their business.
