Knowledgeable and friendly employees who aren't trying to push all kinds of extras down your throat and can have a conversation about the products their selling. This store has grown a TON since opening day! Their walls are stocked from floor to ceiling with games from any number of generations past as well as having current gen as well. Plenty of nerd culture and gaming related goodies like funko pops, board games, and such. And a even a big screen tv, couch, and multiple consoles waiting for you to try stuff out or even attend a tournament! Oh and did i me tion they do trade ins for store credit and/or cash?

Great selection of games, including some great "old school" consoles and such. Also have a few coin-operated machines in the corner, so the girls and I got to enjoy a good hours' worth of fun without spending a pile of money. Check them out!
Very helpful, always willing to take the extra time and go the extra mile for customers. Great selection of vintage games, including a small but very cool arcade. I have brought in several systems for testing and they have been over the top in their helpfulness. I will go there for all my gaming needs. I know if they can't help on a very rare occasion, they will recommend a reliable person for repairs or strange accessories, etc.
