Made 3 appointments they never showed up. In the spring we came back in and they never even apologized. I highly recommend looking else where.
We were looking to put up an above ground pool this year and had already done a lot of research. Thought I should look local before purchasing online. I asked the gal working there some really basic questions to try and compare what they were selling to what I was looking at online. She didn't know any answers. Their pool was twice as much as what I could buy online. I like buying local but not when they don't know their own product and want twice as much.
Not customer friendly ordered a Pool waited 3 weeks then was told I had to level the ground... Needless to say I don't do that kind of work....after the owner Larry checked the site... It was for a pool, heater and installation... Sorry for the bad review and I will take my business elsewhere....
Very rude! Called to replace a liner for my pool and the sales clerk laughed at me for not knowing the diffrence between a beaded liner and an over lap liner. After he told me I was stupid he hung up on me. I will never buy an pool supplies from them.
Staff was extremely helpful. Friendly and fun. Made my day ! Would recommend store to everyone.
