Living here sure has its up and downs. But it's been my home for a good part of six years.
The park manager nacy needs to be booted out if ya know what i mean shes the reason nobody likes this place including me but they dont seem to do anything about it after the countless people that want her gone she the reason this park is rated 2 outa 5 stars i mean come on meadow lanes do something here u jokes
Unfriendly management and poor policing of the residences. Poor upkeep of many of the homes in the neighborhood
If I could give this place negative stars, they would deserve it! We put in the application for one of the 20+ mobile homes, waited for them to call us when a mobile home is available. Got nothing. So we inquired to see if our application got approved, and it did, but they didn't tell us when it'd be available. A week later I called and same answer. My boyfriend called the next day and the manager told him they have one available for us, we just need to bring the money (had it), get the utilities in our name (need an address for that to happen), and sign the lease and the place is ours. Then I call them today (we're from Lansing, so our trip was gonna be 3 hours) and asked if they could just stay open a lil later than 5 so we could move in (we had everything packed up in a uhaul). The lady said no, and that the manager would call us back. Manager did, talked to my boyfriend, and she told him that corporate sold the 20+ mobile homes!! What the heck! And she blamed us for not putting a deposit down. We need a place for that to happen. I'm not giving you 1800 dollars to never get back. Then she still wanted a deposit for a nonexistent home. Now we aren't moving up there and they ruined the entire moving experience for us. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!
