I've never lived here but know some folks who do and have had several interactions within this housing community. It seems to be a very nice, clean, well run community.
Hmm don’t know what more I need to say other than there’s drugs constantly in and out esp by the office there was a murder in the park. Def. miss the old management. Not s place to call home for kids
Not awful but nothing great either, had constant problems. They arnt very good at keeping in contact with you, you have to call a few times before they get back to you. but other then that the management is good at leaving you alone. What I really struggle with is how disrespectful the kids are here and how their parents allow them to act. Stealing things out of our yard. Screaming every morning at 7am. Literally standing there and screaming.. and the parents watch. Constantly destroying the park and items they find beating up your younger kids and taking there stuff, no respect and the office allowing it to happen with the park DIRECTLY behind them, or the dog who is constantly loose runs in the road and tries to bite my nephews ankles and nobody does anything about it. I deffiently won't be staying much longer.
