Trying a new Chinese restaurant can be downright terrifying. I've been to some and after first bite was done, had no idea what I just tasted. Not here, the buffet is always fresh and the food is great. It is clean and the staff is friendly. My husband and I come here every time we're craving Chinese.
Pretty sure this made me sick. Food was below safe zone tempatures and was up all night.
We have an abundance of Chinese restraunts in traverse city now a days and humans is one I personally always return too. I can always trust David ( the owner ) and the staff to always meet my needs and insure that the buffet is at high quality. I've never gotten sick eating here and the sushi and regular menu items are above par to me. Keep.up the good work!
After reading a myriad of mixed reviews on this place, I decided to chance it and try it out anyway, after having several bad experiences with other Chinese places in town. While the food is what you'd expect from a Chinese buffet restaurant-- nothing more or less---, the service is much nicer than many people gave them credit for. When I place my order on the phone, the lady was very straightforward and seemed a bit uninterested, which I thought seemed somewhat unprofessional, so I braced myself for the worst. However, when I got there, the girl at the front desk area was sooooo kind!! Kind enough for me to make an immediate decision to leave a decent tip, which I don't often do when I'm just carrying out. Overall, I'd recommend this restaurant over most of the other Chinese places in TC.
The staff enjoys greeting with a smile and has a overall grateful professional attitude.
I'm very impressed with the friendly service. The remember my name and lot of details of my last visit. That is a plus.
