To be honest the service was very slow at the start, which seemed odd because they weren't that busy. The food itself was good but it looked like it was thrown on the plates by a blind person. We were very glad it tasted better than it looked. The server that finely took our table was nice. So all in all if you like food that tastes good and it doesn't matter how it looks, that's the place.
Ribeye was quite fatty and not seasoned well. My husband had the 2 meat plate and loved it. The chocolate ice cream dessert was to die for!
Our server was pretty awful. I don't remember his name but he had glasses and a beard. He was much more interested in the Lions game than waiting on us. He was pretty rude and turned away from us in the middle of us ordering our food. It was bizzare. He wasn't checking our drinks for refills and was just extremely disconnected from his tables and accused the people behind us of lying about their table pay machine of being broke. Definitely the strangest experience at a restaurant. We love chili's and go to our local one in Grand Rapids frequently but this was just overall awful because of our server. He was either a manager or bartender i think but had zero people skills. Food was okay but he for sure ruined the experience. It was bad enough for me to want to write this review and my first time not tipping someone.
Steak was cooked to perfection....staff was right on point....we didn't have to wait for our drinks
I came here tonight with my family and it was terrible. We were seated and was left for over 10 minutes without getting ice water while the people next to us did first and came in after us. I ordered a salad that did not come out as advertised in the menu. Our waiter was also the bartender which caused a huge Delay in service. He never wrote our order down and sure enough had it wrong but disappeared so it was never fixed. My second salad I had was soaked from Mandrian juice. Yuck! Our drinks leaked all over our table from the patron glasses. I watched a man stand at the hostage booth and finally walked out because nobody was out front. I had to get up for to go boxes, I had to get up for more silverware. We spent over $80 and it sucked. We won't be back, we drove over an hour to come here and eat. But every time I walked around back everybody was back there huddled together chatting it up with their coffees
