Staff was very friendly and the food was good minus the steak. Just don't buy steak from Applebee's. It was filled with gristle and very tough. The first one they brought me was well done when I ordered MR and the second one was fully rare. Like black and blue cold and purple in the middle. Everything else was fantastic though.
I had to change my 4 star review to a 2 star review.... I placed an order and selected the car side to go option like I have done at least 20 times before. The wait time I was given was 15 minutes long story short I waited 45 minutes and the employee came out twice to say they were still working on my order so it wasn't like they just didn't see my truck pull up! I have been noticing longer and longer wait times when placing orders lately all at different times of the day.
First of all, I waited 15 mins before someone took my drink order. Then another 10 mins for my actual server to show up. Then, 35 mins for a salad, just to have my entire raspberry tea dumped on top of me, leaving me soaked from my shoulder, to my lower leg, to literally sitting in a puddle of tea and ice. Whereas the server brought me about 6 napkins to 'clean up' with. Then to add insult to an already humiliated situation, 'graciously' deducted $5.00 from my bill. I asked for a take out container so I could leave, drove the 55 mins home, just to dump my entire meal in the trash because it was filled with tea. So, to say I was upset would be ridiculous. I AM FURIOUS at the response to this incident.
Gone several times and something was always cooked wrong or was old. Was given the wrong check once and had a server argue over stale chips.
I come here at least two or three times a month because I love the Fiesta steak salad and they always have good coffee. Also my wife always likes whatever she gets.
