Very disappointed in the slow responses and general incompetence of the management. While my deposit was in the mail, I was informed that they had misread my application and not noticed that I have a cat. Apparently, despite having a question about pets on the application, they don't allow them. Now I get to scramble to find a new place to live. Additionally, they were very slow with responding through out the process and clearly (poorly) wrote the rental application themselves.
