I've had Tim come out to tow my car several times and he's very pleasant and nice. When I need a tow I tell the Auto Club to out send Brickyard out for me.
This company was great. The tow price was cheaper than I could have imagined, and the customer service was outstanding. If you're in the Traverse City area and end up needing a tow I wouldn't call any other company, this is your place.

When my car broke down on a very early Tuesday morning, I was relieved that I could count on Brickyard Towing to take care of it, since I had to leave on a work retreat for the day. On sunday a young woman lost control of her trail blazer, which you also get due to no fault of her own, crossed into my lane on 72, causing me to collide with her, i got out of my vehicle and it caught fire. I refused to go to the hospital, but was transported there anyway, was then informed that my vehicle was sent to your location. Despite having access to a roll off less than a mile from the scene of the accident that wouldnt have charged me, especially after losing almost everything i have, a single penny. So after sleeping for days, i limped my blood encrusted self into your location this morning, with not very high hopes of finding anything that survived the fire anyway, but it was all just to be informed i could sign it over to you and pay, or pay for it back and then have to have it hauled all the way from traverse. How is that not theft I ask? How is that just? I can understand if there was a crime, but this was a car accident, i lost my vehicle, my phone, a lot of my winter clothes, important paperwork, my medication and yet youre allowed to keep my vehicle and what may be in it, while consistantly raising the price. This is absurd.
