Talked to a lady on the phone that was EXTREMELY rude! I never leave bad reviews but I can't even believe how rude this woman was. For people looking for help for wild life and with that being what you do maybe you should find some people to work here that will actually be kind to people reaching out. This kind of behavior is disgusting. Hopefully they are kinder to the animals then they are to the people trying to find help for them.
