When our home had significant damages his attention to our concerns was immediate, he listened to us, and his actions were effective in helping us receive a claim that provided an amount that provides for a complete repair of our home. We had a broken pipe at our house while we were away for a month. The first floor of our home was completely flooded and the damage was extensive. Tim Collins went to bat for us immediately and we are well satisfied that we went with his office of State Farm.

In a crazy busy world where we have become a number Tim made me feel like I was right at home, we just recently switched over from progressive and the services that we received today went far beyond what they are required to do. I had broke down in Benzie, with my children and needed to get my car home in Copemish so were talking a distance and we all know not so cheap tow. I called the office and Tim and his team went out of their way to send Anytime Towing out to rescue us, with myself never seeing the bill. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!!!!!
