I met Jeff at a networking meeting and after talking with him felt comfortable with having him examine my insurance portfolio. Even though I usually review my insurance needs on an annual basis he was convinced he could save me money. He was right, over $800 a year by bringing my home owners and auto together, plus we have talked already about some other changes for later in the year when I sell a car and make some improvements to the house. He has shown me already what these changes will mean so I can plan accordingly. I felt Jeff listened well and created a plan that was right for me and I am properly insured not over insured.
Jeff was very helpful in getting me the best rate and helping me understand the insurance coverage I would need to help protect my assets and myself. I usually get insurance based on price and what I have to have, legally, to be protected. This time, with Jeff's help, I chose insurance that was best for me based on the coverage I needed to protect my future and still was able to get good rates. Jeff made sure I understood everything before I left the office. It was also very helpful that he was willing to work around my schedule and meet me at times that were convenient for me. I feel more confident in the protection I have now. It's great to know I don't have to hassle with some 800 number when I have a question, I can just call Jeff!
