Poor response to email and automated phone calls which I don't care to receive. Have switched to another Allstate agent in the area and hope to get better service. I'd avoid this agent.

Never have seen, spoke, or heard from John expect from a voice recording which he would call my cell and leave me a voice mail that I wish that would not happen. However, his team is fantastic he must have super skills to hire. I have been working with Kathy for years and actually just bought a house about a month ago. She was just awesome to work with and the main reason I am with them. Overall Allstate has a great reputation too. After all of these years with them I finally thought I would give a review because of Kathy. Thanks Kathy!
