They write through many different companies and have moved my policies to other companies to get the same coverage at a lower price. And the best thing about it was, I didn't have to call them to ask for a lower price, they checked pricing at each renewal and called me with any better pricing that was available. That's what I call real customer care!
The agent who helped me was very, very kind and patient and he stuck with me through the whole process. This was the third company I called--the cost was less than half that of the other two quotes.
