Old Town Psychological is a warm, low key place and everyone there is supportive. I have suffered chronic depression all my life and have never found a place I was comfortable until I found Old Town Psychological. My wonderful counselor has helped me turn my life around.
I love love love my counselor but the office managment is afful. If you have an issue don't expect it to be solved in a timely fashion. For the management they NEVER return your calls. Just be ready to do their job for them when coming to bill and insurance issues. He will also talk about other patients out in the open sharing info with everyone with in ear shot. If i didn't love my counselor i wouldn't go here.
