I assume the right wing propaganda on your TV is there for a purpose and that your Board is in step with the FOX "news" pundits. Otherwise, why would you be showing it to a captive audience?
We elected to fill our prescriptions at their pharmacy. Friendly and fast - we had a latte in the small cafeteria across from the pharmacy while we waited about 15 minutes. Overall, a great experience. Very impressed.
Fearing my respiratory virus of two weeks may have turned into pneumonia, I checked in here at 9:30 on a Thursday morning where my information and vitals were taken within 15 minutes. I was quickly then shown to a room where Carol Adams , their PA, examined me and kindly and clearly explained the treatment plan. I had a breathing treatment, followed by a chest x-ray. Thankfully, only bronchitis was diagnosed and I was given several prescriptions, again with clear directions. Everyone we had contact with in the Urgent Care Center was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in about an hour and 15 minutes.
Going to a different urgent care ..... staff was nice but not worth the 21/2 hr wait to be seen ..
Cut my finger down the middle doing dishes, waited Nearly 4 hrs to be seen and ended up getting 20 stitches! They were registering ppl before me that came in after me hence they were getting seen first. Just don’t like how there’s no urgency system, there were people going in for coughs before me.. just didn’t seem right..
I've always had a great experience at all Munson facilities, the Urgent Care included. However, why am I subjected to FOX news on the TV while waiting at the Urgent Care? I also go to the gym at MCHC, so I'm a frequent visitor. When I inquired who chose the channel, I was told that the visitors choose. When I pointed out that the remote was not in evidence, he just shrugged. Since then, I have searched for a remote on three occasions, to no avail.
