Cons: Reception staff not so professional. Could not find my last exam in computer system, were snappy with me as result.
Nick and Dr Green did an excellent and thorough eye exam. They were both very personable and helpful. Not sure how their pricing for glasses compares to others as we have gone to Bonnie at Sears for quite a few years. Both Sears and LensCrafters are owned by Luxotica.
Pros: Doc seemed knowledgeable, flexible appointment times.
Too expensive with poor quality lenses. Friendly people, too bad they can't actually craft lenses to spec.
My dog broke my glasses and they were able to quickly resolve the situation. I thought their customer service was great!
The staff at LensCrafters are friendly, helpful and polite! They asked questions and took the time needed to find exactly what I was looking for. I had a very positive experience and look forward to my annual eye exam! They have a doctor 7 days a week which really was convenient for me.They offered me the best deal and made sure my lenses were exactly what I needed. I Would definitely recommend lenscrafters!
