Slow service
Floor associates are good, but service continues to decline at this store. My visit on 10/9/17 involved a 12 minute wait in line to check out. I had to return on 10/11 to remove a tag from an item, and this wait was nearly 10 minutes. On the first visit, a manager (very petite with red hair) appeared after 10 minutes to help with a transaction that had been going on the entire time. On the second visit, only one associate was working the register and a second associate was folding underwear on the counter in front of us the entire time, and there were at least 2 other associates in the store!
