Cute clothes, but no carts isn't great and they wouldn't buy my ad for a yearbook.... not cool
Wife & I have checked out this new store and were impressed with the selection. While the prices are very low (think Gap/Old Navy), the quality of the clothing has yet to be put to the test. We are very happy to finally have another store option in Traverse City.
Friends entered store to shop, was told no carts allowed, yet, stated in an earlier article it was the steel carts, not the plastic carts that were mentioned. Employees were very rude, to the point of not even looking at them while talking to them about issue. If this is what your customer service is about, then I feel sorry for you. Many I know now, have stated no longer a store they will shop at, hope you do something about this. Not saying the customer is always right, because we arent, and nor do I atleast think that. Been in the health care field all my career, I know about rude people, and having to deal with them, sometimes minute by minute. I hope this does not effect this sites business, but some education may need to be involved for some of your staff.
A great place to shop! The store is always tidy, and the staff helpful. On the multiple occasions I've been, someone has always asked if I needed any help, and even alerted me to sales. I'm thankful for this great addition to Traverse City.
Forget about shopping here if you have small children that need to be restrained in a cart because they will not allow you to shop with your cart. Very rude staff. How can you cater to the whole family when parents can't safely restrain their children to shop. Bad business
