We did receive a refund in full after speaking with the store owner.
The staff that helped me out was very friendly and helpful. I was allowed to take my time and try on multiple items until I found the right fit. They helped me to locate correct sizes and gave opinions on what would work best for me. The only reservation that I have about this store is the return policy. They do not allow cash returns, only exchanges.
Very nice name brand scrubs with a wide variety of sizes and lengths. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable of their products AND most of all I mistakenly sat my wallet (w/cash, cards, s.s.c.) down while trying on shoes and left it there. The staff found it the next evening while cleaning up then searched my name in their customer system and called me so I could be reunited with my beloved wallet! Bless them for their honesty!
We also purchased additional scrub tops for work and they have been very good.
If you need uniform attire I would recommend this store as they have a good amount of quality inventory.
On the recommendation of the people working at the store, we ordered shoes. The shoes we ordered are supposedly a normal stock item that they were out of.
I had an excellent experience at the Traverse City Career Uniforms. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I purchased Wink brand scrubs and I love the fit. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the great products. The staff helped me find products that worked for my body type, which was very helpful. The exchange policy was clearly stated to me, and it's also on the bottom of my receipt. I will definitely be shopping here (and the other locations) again!
They do not fit and the store's owner will not issue a refund.

It's been a month since we ordered the shoes and they finally came it.
Drove all the way to this store from Manton to arrive to a closed until Tuesday sign. Cute.
