Terrible customer service. There were 5 employees in the store and the only other customer was just leaving. A Salesman showed us the rack to choose the suit jacket and walked away. Found a jacket and we asked about trousers. He showed us 2 options. Tried them on and they looked awful as they were not color coordinated at all. Salesman had not stayed in the dressing area to offer assistance. We felt very dismissed and they lost not only this sale, but future sales from a spring wedding. And the store was filthy. Employee podium messy with personal items, empty boxes laying around... Truly need a lesson in housekeeping!
My experience was excellent, the young lady that helped me was wonderful and attentive as was the tailor. Purchased two blazers and a great value.
Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received at a clothing store. Buy online or support the captains quarters down town.
We were measured in TC with measurements sent to billings MT for a family members wedding, therefore we didn't get the tux until late the night before the wedding. Pants were way too small in waist and two inches above the ankle, shirt was 2 sizes larger than the size they stated during the fitting (fiancé was swimming in it) , jacket was also too big. When you're in a business where photos will be taken for lifelong memory, you should really be double checking for accuracy in orders. Thanks for making these boys look like buffoons. Will not be back.
My boyfriend and I are a young couple. He was looking for a suit to interview for scholarships at a very prestigious flight department. The first place we went was men's wearhouse and it was by far the worst place to go. I work in retail and I specialize in suiting. I know exactly how a suit is supposed to fit and I know what good customer service looks like. When we walked in, no one greeted us and when we were acknowledged we were handed off to someone else. The gentleman "helping" us put my boyfriend into a size 46 short. He was SWIMMING in it. I expressed that I felt it fit poorly and he answered "that's how it's supposed to fit." After which we immediately left and bought his suit jacket (which by the way was comfortably a slim fit, size 42 regular) and pants elsewhere. I have to say I am absolutely appalled. I have outfitted several wedding parties, graduates, and young businessmen and never have I put someone in that ill fitting of a suit and tried to pass it off as acceptable. Good customer service is not about the sale, it's about making sure your customer is comfortable in what they wear, while also looking good. They represent your company, as do you. Would not ever go back.
