Called at 6:40p.m on a Saturday to reserve a table for 3. They set our reservation for 7:30. We arrived at 7:20 and checked in. We were given our buzzer to be notified when our table was available. Everyone who arrived after us were told there would be a 25-30 minute wait; understandable on a Saturday night. We waited until 7:50. During this time several groups ranging from 3-8 people were seated before us; even after checking in after us. We finally walked out! Ridiculous! I will never try and attend dinner at Outback steakhouse of Traverse city again. I will also never recommend it to anyone else!
Staff were great. My ribeye had excellent flavor but was too gristley for me to completely enjoy. Somewhat surprised by that but it won't keep me from going back. Our server was perfect - not hovering but extremely attentive, and he brought our check in a very timely manner.
Great server!!! Love Aubrey and Angelo!!! We weren’t planning on getting desert but she convinced us too and we are so happy we did! GREAT food and PERFECT service! Love this servers they deserve the best!!!
Service was awesome. Steak was tougher than usual. Didn't like that a side salad did not come with the meal. Did I say service was great cause it was!
Melissa was one of the best servers I have ever had. She was pleasant, friendly, and knowledgeable about menu items. Her suggestions were spot-on. The food was tasty and cooked perfectly to desired doneness. A very enjoyable dining experience!
