Owner is an extremely moody and unfriendly individual. I tried to just get a lock that I paid for through him and he stopped answering his phone and did not call me back. He also never gave me back credit for that lock or returned my security deposit after I moved out of the unit with even almost a 1-1/2 month notice. What a crook. Do not deal with this person...completly unprofessional.

I thought Chuck was awesome! I rented from November of 2016 till June of 2017. The facility was plowed, the buildings clean. I recommend Chuck, again, helpful and responsive and professional.
Lots of space for what you pay and the owner is very polite. Very happy with this storage facility. :-)
