Quality service, been coming here for years when we vacationed. A new pair of shoes every time! So glad they have such awesome service, selection and pricing, even. They are higher end but do have good products.

This is the place to go if you're looking for something to put on your feet. The staff is friendly, personable, and they leave you alone if you tell them you're just shopping. Definitely worth your stop!
I went in this past Sunday with the full intention of making a purchase. After walking around looking a displays, I found what I was looking for. I stood by the display waiting to be helped, while three employees stood and talked to each other. One of them, walked towards me only to stop to watch the Lion's game on the t.v. across from me. He looked at me when they scored then walked back to the other two employees o continue with their conversation. Needless to say Golden Shoes lost a customer that day. If someone walks into your store they should be asked within a minute if they need help, not ignored.
My husband and I visited Golden Shoes for the first time last week after visiting TC for years, and now living here. For some reason, we just never went inside but we are so glad we finally did! Jack helped us find several pairs of shoes, and we haven't received customer service for shoes like this in at least 20 years. He was personable and knowledgeable, actually put on and took off shoes, made suggestions, and was generally awesome. We highly recommend Golden Shoes and ask for Jack when you're there!
