The sales person was the best. He was a young guy but knew his business just like the old times sales people in shoe stores of long ago. He gave pleasant, personalized service and cared about the size, fit, style, and quality versus price. I wish I had gotten his name. He is a gem. Gauthier's, you better do what you can to keep him. Within 20 minutes he fit my husband with two pair of shoes he was happy with...and that usually takes him at least several hours, several trips and my patience just to find one pair that "will do". They do an excellent job. Great polishing, great repair. They resoled a pair of shoes for me and basically made my shoes brand new again.
